Mahmoud is the Principal and founder of MSE Legal.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Accounting and adopts a commercial approach in his matters and understands the importance of working with his clients to obtain workable and practical solutions.
Mahmoud is known for his business acumen and has developed a building and construction, commercial and business law practice.
He prides himself on being accessible to clients and is committed to providing an exceptional level of care and attention to every matter.
Outside of the law, Mahmoud is an avid Formula 1 fan and he enjoys spending time with his family.
Suzan holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Her practice focuses on Property Law, Leasing, Commercial Law and Wills and Estates. Suzan also has a strong background in Family Law and often partners with our Family Law Team in more complex parenting matters and financial disputes.
Prior to joining MSE Legal in 2022, Suzan commenced her legal career as a Paralegal at a general practice firm where she gained experience in a broad range of areas including Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Civil Assault.
Suzan is known for building long-term relationships with her clients and is dedicated to achieving positive and practical outcomes.
